PELAV™ app licence — PELAV™ App
Subject to these Terms, Continuum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the PELAV™ app on a device you own or control, for your own personal, lawful use. This licence does not transfer any ownership in the app, its content, or Continuum's underlying intellectual property to you.
Accounts — PELAV™ App
Using the PELAV™ app requires creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; account deletion is immediate once confirmed and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what account deletion removes.
Free and Premium access — PELAV™ App
PELAV™ currently offers Free access to its features. Premium access is planned but is not yet available for purchase. Pricing, billing, subscription, cancellation and refund terms for Premium access have not yet been finalised and are not currently in effect. This section will be updated before Premium access becomes available for purchase.

Content on this website and information provided through the PELAV™ app is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. Marine and fishing intelligence — PELAV™ App
PELAV™ provides marine, weather, tide, solunar and species-related information — drawing in part on third-party data sources such as Open-Meteo, WorldTides and OpenStreetMap — to support your own fishing and marine decisions. This information is provided for general planning purposes only. PELAV™ is not a government body, fishing-licensing authority, marine authority, or official weather service, and does not replace any official licence, regulation, safety notice, or authoritative source. PELAV™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this information, and does not guarantee fishing success, catches, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for your own safety and decisions on the water, and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements.
Digital Fishing Licence Vault — PELAV™ App
The Digital Fishing Licence Vault lets you store a copy of your own fishing licence document on your device for your convenience. This feature stores the document locally on your device; PELAV™ does not issue, verify, renew, or replace your official fishing licence. The original licence and any requirements of the relevant issuing authority remain fully applicable, and you remain responsible for holding a valid licence as required by law.
Length-to-Weight Calculator — PELAV™ App
The Length-to-Weight Calculator provides a statistical estimate of a fish's weight, calculated from a length you enter using published species-specific reference data. This is an estimate only — not a measured, verified, or guaranteed weight — and should not be relied on for regulatory, competition, or compliance purposes.
